Charles Michel, the vaccine and the good samaritan

On says all roads lead to Rome, so why not take a shortcut? This is in essence what Charles Michel, President of the European Council, did on Tuesday evening, accusing the British of having imposed “export bans” of vaccines to the rest of the world. “Completely false”, they retorted at the outset, dropping their legendary phlegm in favor of an offense which led them to lecture like a child the EU ambassador in London … which they never had wanted to recognize so far.

In Brussels, it was on a common WhatsApp group that European journalists wanted to know where Charles Michel got the information from. The article shared on Twitter by his spokesperson afterwards spoke of export restrictions to the UK on 100 drugs used to treat Covid-19 patients, but still no vaccine.
