There are foods that help us burn fat faster and more efficiently. You can eat these foods any time you are hungry. The more you eat, the more you will lose.
Most fat burning foods are fruits and vegetables, but there are also foods from other food groups that are also good for burning fat. Here are some good and hot ones below:
#1 Grapefruit – I love this fruit because it is delicious and contains enzymes that block fat storage and release fat cells from the body. If you can include this food in your daily diet, you will burn more calories during the day.
#2. eat salads daily – A good salad to burn fat depends largely on what you put in it.
