Forwards in the NHL

I want to talk about who I think are the best forwards in the NHL. Of course there are a ton of forwards in the NHL and I’m going to list the ones that I think are the best. I’m going to list them by skill, not just how many points they have. This list, in my opinion, is who I think the best forwards are.

Forward Number One: Sidney Crosby

– Sidney Crosby is the best player in the world, without a doubt. It can do everything. He’s probably been the best player in the league since entering the NHL. Crosby and Alexander Ovechkin have been fighting since they entered the league and now it seems clear to me that Sidney Crosby is a better player. He is one of the strongest players on his skates since Peter Forsberg. The guy is so hard to get off the record. It has an incredible view. Some of the things he does, I can’t understand. He makes the craziest passes. He is currently the points leader in the NHL with 99 points in 75 games.

Forward Number Two: Pavel Datsyuk

– I think Pavel Datsyuk and Sidney Crosby are tied for the best players in the NHL. Pavel Datsyuk is the most exciting player to watch in the NHL. They call him the magic man. He has the best hands I have ever seen in a hockey player. Makes defenders look like idiots. He is a two-way player. He’s won a ton of Selke trophies. These are awarded to the best striker who demonstrates the greatest skill in the defensive component of the game. Pavel Datsyuk has featured reel games every night he plays. Pavel and Crosby have the best vision in the NHL. However, I think Datsyuk has better vision. Some of the things it does are great. It looks like Gretzky’s vision. He currently has 33 points in 39 games played. He has been injured for a long time. The Red Wings are really suffering without him.

Forward Number Three: Jonathon Toews

– Jonathon Toews is one of the best two-way players in the NHL. He’s a great leader for the Blackhawks. Without Toews, I think the hawks would fight. It is your franchise player. He doesn’t score many goals, but he can score points whenever he wants. He’s very strong on the puck and he’s one of the hardest-working players in the NHL. He has great intelligence in hockey and does not flip the puck. Along with Crosby, he is one of the strongest players with the puck. Guys like a train.
