With a healthy lifestyle, someone will have the appearance of a fit and healthy body and good looks as well. A healthy body will help a person to perform his daily activities well. One type of sport that is popular, especially among today’s youth, is fitness. Fitness lifestyle can help a person to have a healthy, fit and in good shape body. The beautiful and ideal body shape is very diverse from one to the other, depending on the target practice to be achieved by someone. For example, for men, most of them want the athletic body shape, which includes the areas of chest muscles, shoulder muscles, and muscular arms and abdominal muscles that form a six-pack. Another case with women where they have different goals with men. Most women want a slim waist, flat stomach, tight hips, and long, beautiful legs.

Easy to say but difficult to execute. Some common obstacles faced when starting a new life are:

o Lack of knowledge on how to execute the three correctly and in a balanced way (exercise, nutrition and rest)

o Concerns will change habits that interfere with the rhythm of life that had been formed.

o Some process of adjustment and adaptation that is often confused with busy activities that are not important.

o I’m not so sure the trade and all the sacrifices made will result in a match.

o Lack of sense of urgency in addressing health conditions that diminish the unconscious.

As a result, the new lifestyle does not last long and it was easy for the old lifestyle to find its rhythm again.

Starting a new lifestyle requires a strong commitment that comes with a plan of action and a clear direction of purpose. It is hoped that the following points will help anyone in the process of adjusting and adapting successfully while navigating this new lifestyle:

o Have a positive mentality, that this change is necessary to improve the quality and quantity of life.

o Realize that in order to get the most out of this healthy lifestyle, all of these changes must be addressed as permanent.

o Seek information and knowledge from various reliable sources, as stated “Knowledge is power.

o Make gradual changes to increase self-confidence and a sense of accomplishment.

o Believing that all the ‘sacrifice’ when making an adjustment is nothing compared to the benefits that can be achieved, experienced and enjoyed.

o Make punishment and reward schemes every time I deviate or work on an established plan.

o Establish clear, challenging, measurable objectives with a defined deadline.

In fitness sports, we will know about the fitness of weight training for building muscle of the body. Any fitness buff who has been familiar with the sport should be aware of the benefits of weight training. By doing weight training, the bone structure of the body will become more solid and resistant. This will prevent someone with osteoporosis. Lots of myths about weight training. A myth says that lifting weights will make a short body and a tall build will become a peak body. The thing to keep in mind is that actual weight training does not lead to stunted growth or a short body, as long as the proportion of the load is used correctly and appropriately. Weight training can actually be done from the age of a person to 14 years old. If someone is doing weight training from the age of 14, then the load should not be used too heavy. Weight training done at the age of under 17 should use a lighter load to moderate to high reps and max. Strength training using the appropriately proportioned load will help the individual achieve maximum growth.

To achieve maximum growth, then the person who did weight training to get adequate and proper nutrition. Good nutrition and enough to help regenerate cells and tissues in the body in an optimal way. Good nutrition can be obtained by eating healthy foods. In addition to good nutrition, adequate rest and sleep is very necessary to achieve maximum body growth.
