Kettlebells and the Ladies – 2 Exercises for Women to Gain Greek Goddess Fitness!

Ladies, if you are tired of hitting training plateaus or simply not getting the results from your workouts that you hoped for, then you should take a minute to read and apply the following 2 kettlebell exercises to your training program. I am directing this article to my most experienced female fitness enthusiast. The reason is that to be a kettlebell Greek goddess you have to be willing to be a little patient to learn new techniques. Remember that kettlebell training is a combination of strength and skill.

1. Push-Up Clean and Walkout Combo: For this exercise you will only need the availability of a single kettlebell. Place the bell right between your feet. Squat down and correctly perform a clean lift bringing the bell to your chest. Immediately lower the bell to the floor and stay crouched to walk on your hands until your body is extended into an upright push-up position. Once you’re fully extended, simply execute a pushup and walk back on your hands to the starting squat. Once here, simply clean the hood with the same arm and start the process over again. Try doing 10 of these on each side to start.

2. Clean, Press, and Walk: Ladies, this is a popular move among female fitness enthusiasts. For this drill you will only need the availability of a single bell and a flat open space to walk on. Mark a distance in the space to walk about 25 meters. Wipe the bell against your chest and press it over your head. Make sure your elbow is locked into place and your shoulder is firmly sucked into the socket. Now walk the distance of 25 yards with the kettlebell over your head. Once you get to the other side, simply lower the kettlebell down and clean and press it with your other arm. Walk back with the opposite arm. This is a great exercise to build core stability, strength, and speed up your weight loss progress! Train hard and enjoy ladies.
