Salt:

The salt can be mixed with a little bit of dental powder to brighten the teeth. Dead cells that build up on the skin’s surface can make it look dry and dull. A gentle exfoliation with a little lemon juice and any essential oil is a good monthly exfoliation process; returns the glow to the skin. Salt can also be used as a cleanser by mixing it with olive oil. Frequently washing your face with salt water helps prevent pimples and acne.

Sugar:

Sugar is another ingredient that is used to exfoliate the surface of the skin. It also helps to soften the skin. Make a paste by mixing sugar with lemon juice and honey and rub it vigorously on rough elbows and knees. This makes them smooth, clear and flexible. Sugar stimulates the growth of new cells as well. Furthermore, it is used as an important ingredient in face masks and scrubs to give a relaxing effect to the skin.

Oils:

Almond, olive or coconut oil are essential for excellent hair and skin. Almond oil is both soothing and nourishing. Olive oil can be used as a skin moisturizer, night cream, or lip balm. Coconut oil is still the best food for hair. You can also use it as a bath oil. Massaging your body with the oil before a bath helps to retain moisture in the skin.

Eggs:

Apart from a good hair conditioner, eggs are also great for the skin. They have the essential proteins and ingredients to nourish the skin. You can mix the yolk with olive oil to heal dry hands and feet, while the egg whites can be used on their own to tighten skin.
