Teaching in construction
Numerous and, above all, varied areas of responsibility await the makers of tomorrow on the construction site. In an increasingly digital world, building is also becoming more and more intelligent. The industry is looking for creative, young people who want to actively help shape this change. For this reason, teaching has also been realigned and optimized with many digital tools, such as a free tablet from the first year of the apprenticeship. Good specialists have opportunities for advancement all the way to the top. With motivation and ambition, young people can gradually climb the career ladder after completing their apprenticeship – and even up to master builder.
Promising career opportunities
The construction industry in particular offers numerous opportunities to expand one’s professional qualifications. Technical, legal and social changes – and above all digitization – constantly create new challenges, but also opportunities. For construction specialists and those who would like to become one, it is essential to continuously expand their know-how. The educational offer of the BAUAkademie Tirol covers all functional levels from apprentice to master builder. In addition to the latest methods and techniques, content with a commercial, legal and safety-related background is also taught there.
