The double crisis gateway right extended until June

The Horeca is once again exempt from paying the Afsca contribution in 2021.

The federal government gave the green light on Friday to extend support measures for the self-employed and SMEs until June 30. This was announced by the office of Minister David Clarinval (MR).

A third pillar of the crisis gateway law is also created. The double crisis gateway right for self-employed workers whose activity is completely interrupted due to a measure taken by a public authority to fight Covid-19 is therefore extended until June 30, as well as the second pillar of the new system of the crisis gateway law. To benefit from this second device, the self-employed person must demonstrate a decrease of at least 40% in turnover during the calendar month preceding that for which the financial service is requested compared to the same calendar month of 2019.
