Bregenz / Vienna – A referendum on the referendum could soon take place in Vorarlberg. After the Constitutional Court (VfGH) has declared that a local council cannot be bound to a decision against their will by means of a referendum, and has repealed parts of the Vorarlberg laws as unconstitutional, citizens now want to receive them with the action “referendums over referendums” of the right of initiative to vote in a referendum.
