Everyone in the entire world has certain definite personality traits. Some take to computers like ducks to water, while others can put pen to paper and show off their skills as artists or poets. Still others may be the class clown, while their opposites will not say their own name unless tricked. Which brings me to the point of this article; To maintain the gift of the word, we need to be able to identify with whom we are speaking.

As a recruiter for an online business, you need every advantage possible because there are so many people trying to get people to follow them to their sites. No matter if you are working with, for, or just meeting for the first time, there are certain traits you can look out for if you are also trained.
