Earn free rewards when you relax, rejuvenate, reflect, recreate and rejoice every day

It’s been a tough week. Lots of deliverables and things happening on the home and work front. Most of us have a few rough weeks here and there. Times when we drown in work, chores, children, meetings, errands… you name it! These are the times when rituals come into play.

As I have read several books, some tendencies emerge. There are things that most of us do regularly: sip our coffee every morning, brush our teeth, change jobs… you get the picture. Then there are some unusual rituals. Things we can do to improve our energy and mood.

We all want to be healthier, happier and more fulfilling. Would you like to earn free rewards while you relax, rejuvenate, reflect, recreate and rejoice?

1. Relax

Take some time off during the day, just 5-10 minutes and relax. We all work 8-10 hours a day, some stay at home moms are always working non-stop around the house… just take some time for yourself and breathe. Go for a walk, stretch, take some time alone. Relax!

Free energy, better sleep, improved immunity, increased concentration and increased efficiency. It’s amazing how people spend millions on sleeping pills, energy drinks, and attend productivity seminars.

2. Rejuvenate

Have you been to the spa recently? Have you taken some time to rejuvenate your mind, body and soul? It’s time to rejuvenate all your senses. Cleanse, Exfoliate and Hydrate. Soak in a Jacuzzi with some relaxing lavender salts. Sip a soothing herbal green tea. Get a massage. Exercise. Do whatever cools you down. drink lemonade

You can spend a few minutes reflecting on your day. What went well? Were you grateful for the blessings in your life? Did you achieve your goals for the day? Taking some time off to reflect and look back helps us learn lessons that might be forgotten in the stress and rush of the day.

Awards:

Reaching and setting goals, overcoming self-limiting beliefs, planning and prioritizing your life goals – you are giving yourself the time to focus on your present, past and future.

4.Recreate

Most of us watch television. Well, that’s a form of recreation. Explore others. Pursue hobbies. Swim, play a sport, dance, paint, read, write… if you’re a blogger… write about your favorite topic 🙂 Do something you enjoy. Have fun while you recreate.

It’s hard to enjoy those stressful days…but make it a priority to take time off. Find something to join. Feel excited and happy for your existence. The presence of your loved ones, your children, your beautiful home… the list is endless… enjoy these possessions and rejoice. Every day is a blank day waiting to become a beautiful day! make it one

Awards:

Happiness and freedom! It’s as simple as that. Celebrating life itself makes us happy people. Freedom from stress is a reward in itself.

The list is simple and does not involve a lot of hard work. It’s ironic, we spend so much more effort not having fun and worrying about the stressful things in our lives. We all know the importance of exercising, stretching, eating healthy, but few of us do it consistently. Here’s something effortless and easy.
