Losing abdominal fat: is it possible to lose abdominal fat with diets?

Have you ever looked in the mirror and wondered, “How did this happen?” and, more importantly, “how do I get rid of it?”. It happens to millions of people around the world, when they suddenly come to the conclusion that something has to change. The ugly belly fat has to go. But how?

To really understand why we’re so out of shape these days, we have to travel back in time. Since our imagination has no limits, let’s go to the year 10,000 a. C. In that period, people living at that time spent a lot of time walking, running, hunting, building things, climbing, and doing all sorts of different activities. The more active you are, the more calories you will burn.

But in modern times, people go hunting in supermarkets and sit in front of the computer and television all day. So the lifestyle of the past and the lifestyle of today have totally changed. If you put those two things together, which is the lack of activity and the endless amount of food, then you understand what the problem is.

During the stone age the main problem was staying alive. Food was not available all the time. So when food was available, people stored it as “rainy day” fat. But in modern times the body stores fat and never has to worry about “rainy days” because they don’t come (luckily for us). But our bodies are still the same as they were during the stone age. This is why it is very difficult to get rid of stubborn belly fat because it is the body’s survival instinct to store fat.

The main problem is our lifestyle. If you really want to be successful, then a simple diet is not going to work. People are always looking for shortcuts, but to be honest, there are none. You need to change your nutrition, increase your activity level (cardio and strength training), and basically turn your life upside down.

If you think you don’t have time to make those big changes, take it one step at a time. The less we move our body, the more our body breaks down. Lack of activity also causes so many health problems. Nothing is impossible and you can also look as good as you want to look. Changing your lifestyle is the key. But changing your lifestyle is not as difficult as you think. It’s actually very easy because I have a secret weapon.
