My wife is always angry: is it possible to make her happy again and save the marriage? That is how!

Are you shaking your head and wondering why the hell your wife is always so mad? If so, then she is not alone. In fact, I went through it myself and I wasn’t sure I could save my marriage because of it. If her wife is always angry and he doesn’t know what to do to make her happy again and fix the marriage, he reads on for some great tips to help.

First things first, why is your wife so mad?

To know how to fix a situation, it always helps to know the cause of the situation. You see, sometimes men automatically assume that they are the ones their wife is so mad at, when that’s not even true. Your wife might just be mildly depressed due to a chemical imbalance. But then again, it very well could be you.

I’m sorry but it’s true.

My wife was always angry and IT WAS my fault…

For years and years, like the first 6 years of my marriage, in fact, my wife and I were angry most of the time. Our marriage was in crisis, and it was pretty clear that I was the reason my wife was angry most of the time. If it wasn’t for me, it would seem that she did it that way. However, it started to wear on the marriage even more, which made me stressed and therefore started to get angry.

What I had to do and what you should do too…

I decided that getting angry too wouldn’t solve anything. While I refused to take all the blame, I decided that if the marriage was going to work out, at that point, I would have to take most of the responsibility. In other words, it was up to me to fix my half of the marriage. I was going to start the process of rebuilding my marriage no matter what.

It wasn’t easy, and there wasn’t much help in fixing a marriage pretty much on my own, so I had to seek out and try the best practices I could.

How to stop the cycle of anger, save your marriage and be happy again…

The first and perhaps the most important thing I did was eliminate divorce as an option. I decided to put that out of my mind, because if you’re anything like me, then that little old D-word was always in the back of my mind. In fact, sometimes he longed for it. But I wasn’t going to let that stop me from my goal and commitment, which was to fix my marriage.
