Breast augmentation exercises for a bigger breast

We need to say this first before explaining how to do these breast augmentation exercises. We don’t think these work on their own. However, we believe that they can help speed up or even increase the effect of breast enlargement creams or pills.

If you want your chest to be like this beauty on the left where they are closer to your chin than your waist, then breast augmentation exercises alone are of no use to you. You will need additional help from creams or pills.

The first breast augmentation exercise

To do this, simply lie on your back with your arms extended to your sides. Use dumbbells, no more than 5 pounds is our suggestion. Raise your arms until the dumbbells are directly over your chest for a count of 1 and then lower. Do this 10 times and work your way up to 5 sets.

Lizards

An old but good. This makes your chest work hard, but if you can’t handle it on the floor, use a wall. Stand about 3 feet from a wall and lean over until your heels rise slightly. Step away from the wall and do it again 10 times for 5 sets until you can do standard push-ups.

The butterfly press

This can be found in a gym and is probably the best breast enhancement exercise. Sit in the chair and adjust it to between 5 and 10 pounds, bring your arms out in front of you for a count of 1, then slowly release them. Do 10 to 20 of these and work your way up to 3 sets.

chest push-ups

This is done by starting in the push-up position, but instead of using your hands to push up, keep your forearms and elbows on the floor and lift yourself up. Hold this for 30 seconds and then slowly lower yourself down. Do this 10 times and work your way up to 3 sets.
